• Coaching, motivation, accountability and support throughout the programme to help you       break free from whatever has held you back in the past.

Your first initial consultation is to help me understand your goals.

We complete a full assessment on your lifestyle, health and current diet to then customise a plan for your personal needs.

We will take a full body composition analysis using the InBody 270 machine.

 

You will then receive a complete tailored health plan that is specific to your health goals. 

Recommendations on lifestyle factors, loads of tasty recipes, supplementation recommendation (if required), and an overall understanding of a balanced lifestyle.

 

Follow Up Check-Ins: (45mins)

Here we will have a detailed discussion about your nutrition and lifestyle improvements, as well as any challenges you may have faced, the successes, and the progress you made towards your goals. 

We will also take another body composition scan at each follow-up consultation to get an understanding of the progress you have made.
We will then review and revise your progress together, giving you new ideas and resources that will help with your future progress.

There is also an option available after the 12 weeks to continue with follow up progress visits whilst you continue progressing towards your goals.

The week before you start you will complete an online questionnaire.

This will help me to have a better understanding of your goals, your lifestyle, health and current diet in order to tailor the most effective plan for you.

You will then receive your complete tailored health plan specific to your goals, personalised calorie and macronutrient targets, recommendations on lifestyle factors, loads of tasty recipes, supplementation recommendation (if required) and an overall understanding of a balanced lifestyle.

There is also an option available after the 12 weeks to continue with accountability check-Ins whilst you continue progressing towards your goals.
